West Lake Country Club is seeking a Senior Assistant Superintendent to assist the Golf Course Superintendent with the day-to-day maintenance, operation, and overall management of the golf course. This role is essential to delivering a world-class facility for our members and guests while supporting exceptional service standards, financial objectives, and senior management expectations.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in directing and participating in all aspects of golf course maintenance and operations
• Supporting course conditioning standards and presentation
• Assisting with staff supervision and daily work planning
• Helping ensure efficient operations aligned with club goals and expectations

Compensation:
$70,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
