Golf Course Superintendent Benefits and Compensation:

Golf Course Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of golf course or turf management leadership experience 
• Knowledge on cool season grass - Bent Grass preferred 
• Skilled in irrigation systems, pest and disease control, and equipment management 
• Strong budgeting, planning, and staff development skills 
• Experience in leading a team of 15+ team members 

Golf Course Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills:

• GCSAA certification (or eligibility for certification) 
• Experience with resort or private golf course operations 
• Proven success in improving course quality and resource efficiency 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
