What You Will Do:
Lead and mentor the golf course maintenance team in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
Ensure a best-in-class guest experience by maintaining impeccable golf course conditions and daily operations.
Operate and maintain all golf course equipment, overseeing fertilizer and chemical applications with precision.
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching associates, while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all safety, security, and maintenance protocols.
Support other duties as needed to uphold the overall excellence of the golf program.
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf management.
Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions like bending and squatting.
Flexible schedule — availability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Commitment to safety standards and familiarity with maintenance equipment and applications.
