Highland Creek Golf Club located in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire a golf course mechanic. Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide array of golf course and landscape equipment as well as small engine repair. The individual must be able to maintain a clean, safe working environment, keep accurate service records and work within a budget. He/she will communicate daily with golf course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to ensure mowers and equipment are performing to standards while providing golfers best conditions possible. Must have working knowledge of diesel and gasoline engine repair, hydraulic and electrical system repair, and be able to grind and set reels for proper height of cut. Would consider training the right candidate if needed.
