The superintendent works to create an environment where team members are involved, enthusiastic, communicate openly, and with respect for other team members, club members, owners, vendors and the property.

This position reports directly to the general manager and is one of five department heads. The ideal candidate must be a people person. Springdale is truly a family and team environment where departments strive to work together to provide great member and guest experiences. 

Responsible for the efficient management of golf course & grounds maintenance operations for 18-hole resort. 

· The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Turfgrass maintenance and agronomic programs
· Personnel management
· Budgeting and forecasting
· Scheduling and maintenance of irrigation systems
· Pesticide applications
· Related record keeping
·Compliance of regulatory issues
