We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet and Golf Course Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our golf course equipment, golf carts, utility vehicles, and operational fleet. A unique part of this role is supporting our one-stop-shop cart program, which provides members with a convenient, seamless experience for all of their cart needs. In this position, you will help ensure that program runs smoothly while also managing and supporting multiple mechanics as part of a collaborative maintenance team.

What You'll Do
As our Fleet and Golf Course Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to perform every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the maintenance and repair of golf course equipment, golf carts, utility vehicles, and fleet assets
- Supporting and managing multiple mechanics to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Diagnosing and repairing gasoline and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical equipment
- Overseeing daily equipment setup and readiness for golf course operations
- Supporting our unique one-stop-shop cart program to provide members with exceptional service and convenience
- Developing and managing preventative maintenance schedules
- Maintaining accurate service records and equipment documentation
- Managing parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Training team members on proper equipment operation and daily maintenance procedures
- Performing welding and fabrication repairs when necessary
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized maintenance facility
- Supporting operational excellence through proactive planning and attention to detail
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of equipment maintenance and repair experience, preferably in a golf course, landscaping, fleet, or related environment
- Strong working knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Experience grinding and setting reels and bed knives
- Ability to prioritize maintenance needs and respond effectively to operational demands
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience managing or mentoring mechanics preferred
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
