Mimosa Hills Golf Club is looking for an Assistant Superintendent that wants to play a vital role in managing the daily functions of the golf course. This position entails overseeing staff, ensuring the greens are properly maintained, applying necessary pesticides and fertilizers, and resolving issues with the irrigation system. Working closely with the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent helps uphold the course's high standards, delivering an outstanding experience for golfers. 

Key responsibilities include supervising the maintenance crew, developing and executing maintenance strategies, and monitoring the health of our Bentgrass greens. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of turf management practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
