Stoney Creek Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Assistant Superintendent. This position works closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and plays a key role in the daily planning, execution, and management of golf course agronomic operations. 

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with daily golf course maintenance and agronomic practices.
• Support the planning and execution of maintenance operations.
• Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the golf course maintenance team.
• Help diagnose and repair irrigation system issues.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment. 

Qualifications

• Pesticide license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with warm season turfgrass preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $41,000 - $48,000, depending on experience
