Position Summary
Three Pines Country Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to support daily golf course maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team environment, and has a strong interest in golf course management.
Salary Range
$43,000 – $48,000

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supervising maintenance staff
- Support daily turfgrass cultural practices
- Learn and assist with irrigation system operation and maintenance
- Apply chemicals and fertilizers (spraying and granular)
- Work closely with the Superintendent and team to maintain course conditions
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Interest in the game of golf and golf course management
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Leadership potential and willingness to learn
