Founded in 1947 and located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina, Carmel Country Club is one of the premier private clubs in the Southeast. We are looking for a North Course Assistant Superintendent to work alongside Nick Graves, Golf Course Superintendent, Hunter Davis, Assistant Superintendent and Colin Costello, Assistant in Training. This individual must be an effective communicator and take pride in running their staff in an efficient and consistent manner. This position demands a high attention to detail in order to produce proper course conditioning and an elevated golf experience.

  • Lunch provided daily
  • $100 per month cell phone stipend
  • Paid dues to local and GCSAA memberships
  • Paid attendance to either Carolinas or GCSAA conference
  • 4% match to 401k after one year of employment
  • Uniforms provided to include shirts, pants, jacket, boots, gloves, hats, etc
  • Golf privileges on Mondays and whenever tee times are available
  • Mandatory day off after weekend worked
