Pine Valley Country Club is an 18-hole private member-owned golfing facility with additional amenities available for members and guests. It was established in 1955 and is located in Wilmington, NC. Pine Valley Country Club  will have Tif Eagle Bermuda grass greens and Tif Tuf Bermuda fairways, tees, and surrounding rough areas.

A Full Course Restoration Project started in January and will continue until this upcoming fall. Project design by architect Kris Spence. Restoration project will include: New Rainbird irrigation system, added drainage , greens and tees reconstruction, lined bunkers, full course re-shaping and re-grassing.

We are seeking a positive, hardworking individual who has the desire to improve golf course conditions daily. This individual will work alongside the Superintendent to facilitate and take part in scheduled daily activities. Restoration project would provide a great experience opportunity.

• Prior irrigation system knowledge/repair/operation experience required.
• Fertilizer/pesticide, application/calibration/record keeping, and sprayer operation experience is required.
• A Certified NC State pesticide applicators license is required or the ability to obtain one will be expected.
• A 2- or 4-year turf/agronomy degree or in a related field of education is required. 2-3 years of golf course maintenance experience is required. Prior Assistant Superintendent or AIT experience is a plus.
• A full understanding of the game of golf and acceptable playing conditions is to be expected.
