Bloom Golf Management is seeking a motivated, high-energy Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for a newly renovated golf course. We are looking for a true go-getter, someone who takes initiative, works with urgency, and takes pride in delivering exceptional course conditions. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Assist in daily golf course maintenance operations 
• Support turf health, conditioning, and presentation standards 
• Participate in irrigation management and troubleshooting 
• Assist with spray applications and recordkeeping 
• Help oversee equipment usage and care 
• Supervise and lead maintenance staff as assigned 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with irrigation systems 
• Spray application experience (certification preferred) 
• Familiarity with golf course maintenance equipment 
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience 
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail Position Requirements 
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays 
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
