Educational Requirements

•    Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or a related field is preferred 

Job Requirements

•    Must have a valid driver’s license.

•    Possess or be able to obtain a NC pesticide license within 90 days of employment

•    Promote a positive relationship within the Agronomy team

•    Ability to interact well with others in a team environment

•    Training of all new employees

•    Assign and supervise staff on daily tasks and assignments

•    Assist in fertilizer and pesticide applications and keep proper documentation of all applications

•    Provide feedback on daily course maintenance practices, projects, employee evaluations, and the hiring and training of new employees

•    Assist in irrigation scheduling, maintenance, and repair
